Yes yes yes, I would definitely recommend joycen, felt so comfortable with his professionalism he was extremely patient and understanding he was really quick to respond at all times kept me updated on everything not like my first realtor who was supposedly helping me not one phone call I would get or didn't feel personable but joycen was the whole opposite thanks to joycen I got my the house I wanted in the right neighborhood thank you joyson for your time and help you are the best.

I would definitely recommend joyson as your realtor...i went through 3 yes 3 realtors (that judged me for the size of the home i was looking to purchase with my income) and then a friend pointed me in his direction and that was by far the best decision i made especially for being a first time home buyer joyson not only went above and beyond to help me and the wife through the process (which can be very stressful) but made it easy for me, answered all my calls and questions when i needed it and never made me feel like i was asking for something that was out of reach and sure enough i now have the home i wanted and didn't have to settle for less over all a 5 star rating as a realtor and a friend thank you joyson.
